IDEO is a very famous company that helps other companies with design or management issues. Their mission is problem solving and innovation. What makes IDEO unique and good at what they do is that their employees come from a wide range of backgrounds. I one team you may have a designer, a politician and an accountant. This allows a wide range of ideas and perspectives to be explored. Another way they ensure that they are providing the best methods for their customers is to consider three main areas which, they say, meet to make innovation; Desirability (human), Viability (business) and Feasibility (technical).
